This standard is applicable to the design, production, and inspection of safety protection equipment for geological survey fieldworkers. This standard does not apply to safety protection equipment for extremely cold, high temperature, high altitude or other areas with particularly harsh environments.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 General
4.1 The design, production, quality, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of safety protection equipment shall comply with the national and relevant industry standards and the requirements of this standard.
4.2 The functions and technical indicators of safety protection equipment for marine geology and aviation geological operations shall comply with the relevant national regulations and the requirements of this standard.
4.3 The safety protection equipment should be used in a conspicuous environment, and the use of environmental camouflage colors is prohibited. Obvious sites should be designed with geological exploration features.
4.4 Geological drilling and pit-excavation workers' summer uniforms and winter clothes shall meet the requirements of this standard and shall meet the design requirements for stain-resistance and non-monolithic caps.
4.5 The safety protection equipment shall be tested and inspected by a third party with relevant qualifications before leaving the factory, and a qualified inspection report shall be issued.
5 functional requirements
5.1 Safety Protective Clothing
