1. Check before driving
a. The drive with the backstop must not be allowed to run in the opposite direction. Before the test run, it is necessary to check that the rotation direction of the motor and the speed reducer is correct.
b. There should be enough grease in all bearings, transmission parts and reducer;
c. The meshing of the head and tail wheel teeth and the chain is normal;
d. Adjust the tensioning device so that the initial tension of the traction chain is moderate;
e. All rollers should be driven flexibly, if there is any slipping or railing phenomenon eliminated in time;
f. Check all the fastening bolts, especially the racks, transmissions, anchor bolts, bolts securing the roller shafts, and bolts securing the traction chain, must be forced to evenly not allow loosening;
2. No-load operation Select the slow-drive board feeder, depending on whether it has a card or a touch, after it is normal, run it at normal speed for 2 to 4 hours. If the operation is interrupted due to a fault or adjustment, the time should be recalculated and the following checks and records should be made.
a. Reducer running smoothly, no abnormal impact vibration phenomenon;
b. The meshing of chain and sprocket is normal and there is no deviation phenomenon;
c. The gap between the troughs is even and there is no interference between the troughs;
d. The roller can rotate flexibly without any abnormal noise;
e. The bolt connection is reliable, especially the square bolt connecting the chain and the trough, must not be loose;
f. tensioning device adjustment screw rotation;
g. Lubrication at all points without leakage;
h. The bearing temperature rise does not exceed 35°C, the maximum temperature does not exceed 65°C, and the temperature rise of the reducer does not exceed 45°C.
i. Measure the mean value of the no-load running noise (measured average of 8 points) within 5mm from the plate feeder, and do not exceed 80dB;
j. Record voltage, current, and power values.
3. The load can only be gradually fed after the load is started with no load. It must be put into production for two days and nights before the load can run normally. When the load is operating, the following inspections and records shall be made in addition to the inspection items required for no-load operation.
a. It is suitable to operate with a speed of 0.01-0.12m/s. Do not store empty items in storage bins. Intermittent operation is allowed when there is little incoming material. Feeding should be uniform to avoid large blocks flushing the tank body, avoiding deformation of the tank body and skew of the plate feeder;
b. No leakage, scattering phenomenon;
c. Record voltage, current and power according to the specified time;

1. Regularly check the operation of the equipment and handle and troubleshoot the problem in a timely manner.
2. The blockiness of the material and the average height of the material layer should meet the requirements.
3. Do not avoid empty positions and avoid operating at too high or too low speeds. Generally, it should be run at a speed of 0.01 to 0.12 m/s. When the incoming material is small, allow shutdown
4. If material arching and obstruction occur at the blanking cover, remove it in time.
5. Regularly add lubricating oil or grease to each oil filling point as required.
6. Replace consumables in a timely manner to prevent improper operation of the chain and sprockets.
7. Under normal circumstances, the operation and wear of the chain should be checked every shift, faults should be corrected in time, and damaged parts should be promptly replaced. Every half year, the whole machine is repaired once, and the whole machine is overhauled once every two years. When overhauling, all parts should be removed and cleaned, bearings and bearing seats cleaned, and chains replaced. The motor and reducer are maintained according to the technical requirements of their respective products.
