I. Basic situation of engineering construction

After the expansion project was completed and put into production, the labor quota was 150 and the annual work was 300 days. The water is mainly used for production water and domestic water for employees. The fresh water consumption is 14924.4m3/a, and the wastewater is 10019.9m3/a. The production wastewater (including nickel) is treated by nickel-containing wastewater treatment equipment (mechanical filtration + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis). After treatment, it enters the workshop sewage treatment station, and after sedimentation and neutralization, it is remitted into the total discharge, and finally enters the Wang Xinzhuang sewage treatment plant; the production wastewater (excluding nickel) is precipitated by the workshop sewage treatment station, and then remitted into the total discharge after being neutralized; The domestic wastewater is treated by the FRP septic tank and then sent to the main row, and finally enters the Wang Xinzhuang Sewage Treatment Plant.

(2) Exhaust gas

The exhaust gas of this expansion project is mainly sulfuric acid mist waste gas generated by electroplating and pickling processes.

The sulfuric acid mist exhaust gas generated by the electroplating and pickling processes is collected and discharged through five 15 m high exhaust cylinders.

(3) Noise

The noise sources in the production process of this expansion project mainly include noise generated by the operation of high-noise equipment such as air compressors and motors. The air compressor adopts the installation of the damping base. The motor is sound-insulated by the plant and the noise is reduced by distance attenuation.

(4) Solid waste

1. Hazardous waste

The waste filter cotton, nickel-containing waste activated carbon and sewage treatment sludge generated in the production process of this expansion project belong to dangerous solid waste, and are collected in temporary hazardous waste space and handed over to Henan Tianchen Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. for safe disposal.

2, production of solid waste

The particulate matter produced in the expansion process of this expansion project belongs to the production of solid waste, which is regularly cleaned by the enterprise.

The wastewater is mainly used for the production of wastewater and domestic sewage. The production wastewater includes: electroplating, pickling, water washing, and daily flushing of wastewater in the workshop. The water is reused for production, and the nickel-containing wastewater and washing water are discharged to the workshop sewage treatment device. The nickel-free waste alkali, waste acid washing tank liquid and flushing water are introduced into the sewage treatment device by the workshop sewage pipeline, and then processed into the total discharge, and finally enter the Wang Xinzhuang sewage treatment plant. The washed wastewater is treated by the wastewater treatment device and then transferred to the main row, and finally enters the Wang Xinzhuang Wastewater Treatment Plant. The domestic sewage is separately treated by the FRP septic tank and then sent to the main row by the domestic sewage pipe, and finally enters the Wang Xinzhuang sewage treatment plant.

5. Total pollutant discharge

The actual emission of the project is COD: 0.422 tons/year; meeting the total emission index of the whole plant, the actual discharge of production wastewater is COD: 0.068 tons/year, meeting the incremental index (project number) approved by Zhengzhou Environmental Protection Bureau. related requirements.
