1. Aluminum and aluminum alloy plate strips are supplied in hot rolled state, annealed state, various grades of soft state and various heat treatment states.
2. Preparations before hot rolling mainly include quality inspection of ingots, soaking, sawing, milling, cladding and heating.
3, semi-continuous casting cooling rate is high, the diffusion process in the solid phase is difficult, the ingot is easy to form the chemical composition and structural inhomogeneity, such as intragranular segregation, so that the plasticity is reduced

5. Hot Rolling: Hot rolling of aluminum alloy ingots provides blanks for cold rolling or directly produces hot-rolled thick plates.
6. The hot rolling process includes pass reduction, rolling temperature, rolling speed, lubrication and cooling.
