The three-phase asynchronous motor cannot reach the rated speed after starting. It is difficult to start and runs slowly. This is a situation that is often encountered. 1. Reason analysis

1. The power required by the load machinery is too large or the transmission mechanism is stuck;

2. Improper selection and adjustment of overload protection equipment;

3. There is a phase break in the external circuit or stator winding;

4. There is a short circuit in the stator winding or rotor winding;

5. The internal start and end of the stator winding of the motor are connected wrongly;

6. The cage rotor is broken or de-soldered, and the winding of the winding rotor is loose;

7. The bearing of the motor is damaged.

Second, the processing method

1. Check in detail whether the power of the load machine and the motor are properly selected, otherwise the motor with a larger capacity should be selected or the load should be reduced; if the transmission mechanism is stuck, the cause should be investigated and eliminated;

2. If the selection and adjustment of the overload protection equipment are not appropriate, the setting value can be appropriately increased; if the overload protection continues to operate, it may be because the motor capacity is selected too small. At this time, the appropriate motor can be replaced or the drag is reduced. The load

3. For open-circuit faults, a megohmmeter or multimeter can be used to determine the open-circuit location, and the fault situation should be dealt with as appropriate;

4. If the stator or rotor winding is short-circuited by individual coils, it can be repaired by local repair. If the short circuit range of the winding is large and the fault is serious, the burned coil must be removed or re-wound completely;

5. If the internal start and the end of the motor winding are connected wrongly, the motor end cover should be removed, and the low-voltage DC power supply of about 6V should be connected to each phase winding in turn, and check the phase by phase with the compass method to find the fault, and then connect it correctly Law to correct wrong wiring;

6. Broken bars or de-soldering of cage rotors should be repaired or replaced with new rotors according to the severity of the fault; after inspection, if the motor bearings are indeed damaged, new bearings of the same model should be replaced. For the fault of loose connection of the winding rotor winding, visual inspection, resistance measurement and other methods can usually be used to find the fault and repair it.
