Reverse osmosis valve adjustment:

There are certain requirements for the flow and pressure of the reverse osmosis system. The equipment should be adjusted to the appropriate state to ensure the stable operation of the reverse osmosis system. It only needs to be adjusted once and the manual valve opening can be kept unchanged.

1. Check the electrical appliances and pipelines to ensure that there is water in the original water tank;

Adjust the pressure switch in front of the high-pressure pump to 0.5kg / cm2, close the valve behind the high-pressure pump appropriately, so that the high-pressure pump will not start frequently.

Adjust the concentrated water discharge valve (close small) reverse osmosis membrane [inlet pressure] about 0.8--1Mpa, concentrated water flow is about: 0.6m3 / h, pure water flow is about 1.5m3 / h. Adjust the return water valve so that the concentrated water flow is about: 0.6-1.0m3 / h, [inlet pressure] is about 0.8--1Mpa (when all the drainage can be used, it is recommended to close the return water valve, which is beneficial to increase the life of the membrane.

When starting up, the raw water solenoid valve and flushing solenoid valve are fully opened, the high-pressure pump is opened after a delay of 5 seconds, and after 30 seconds of flushing, the flushing solenoid valve is closed and the system enters the normal water supply state.

When the system is connected to pure water high-level control (float switch), the system automatically opens the flushing solenoid valve and closes the high-pressure pump when the water is full, and closes the original water pump and inlet solenoid valve after 20 seconds of low-pressure flushing. When the original water tank has water and the pure water tank is at a low position, the original water pump, high-pressure pump and water inlet solenoid valve are automatically turned on to make water.

When the front processing system is automatically flushed or regenerated, the high-pressure pump stops and the inlet solenoid valve closes.

(1) Running

During normal startup, first open the inlet valve A1, the forward washing drain valve A5, the inlet water flow rate is controlled at 1.0T / H, after running for 3-5 minutes, gradually open the outlet valve A2, close the forward washing drain valve A5, at this time Go to normal work.

(2) Backwash

As the running time of the pure water machine increases, the trapped dirt gradually increases, and the resistance of the water flow becomes larger. At this time, backwashing is required to restore the filtering capacity of the sand filter. First open the backwash drain valve A4 and backwash inlet valve A3, the backwash flow rate is controlled at about 1-2T / H, backwash for 5 minutes (depending on the situation of the fouling), and the debris, Bubbles burst out until the water is clear.

(3) Washing

After backwashing, it needs to be washed forward. Open the inlet valve A1 and the forward washing drain valve A5 to control the flow rate of 1T / H. Washing until the effluent is clear and the water quality is qualified (about 3 ~ 4 minutes). Open the outlet valve A2 and close the forward washing and drain valve A5, and turn into normal working state.

(2) Carbon filter

The replacement cycle depends on the water quality. Generally, the replacement condition is that the filter element is seriously polluted on a large area, and becomes black and yellow.

The service life of the filter element is directly related to the operation status of the pretreatment equipment. The good operation of the pretreatment equipment can remove most of the solid particles and flocculent precipitates, organic matter, etc., reducing the load of the microfilter and extending the service life of the filter element.

The filter element should be replaced regularly to ensure its retention effect, otherwise it may cause irreparable damage to the RO membrane.

Replacement method:

1. Use a wrench to unscrew the filter housing

2. Take out the old filter

3. Insert the new filter element, pay attention to put the "O" seal ring, the filter element is at the center of the filter shell, so that the filter shell waterline seals it.

4. Tighten the filter housing with a wrench.

6. Maintenance and maintenance of reverse osmosis device

1. After each shift is completed, the reverse osmosis components should be rinsed protectively for 20 minutes.

2. As the operating time increases, deposits will adhere to the surface of the membrane, affecting the amount of water permeable, and it is necessary to clean the RO components regularly. According to different pollution conditions, targeted treatment.

3. The high-pressure pump should be checked and maintained frequently, and the lubricant should be replaced in time according to the requirements of the equipment manual.

4. Periodically inspect and check the conductivity meter and each pressure gauge to make it work normally and accurately.

5. The RO device shuts down for a short period of time (not more than 3 days), and can be flushed with low-pressure water from the security filter for 0.5 hours every day, and ensure that the components are filled with water.

6.If the RO device is shut down for a long time (> 3 days), the 1% formaldehyde solution should be used to fill the RO components, and then all valves should be closed, and checked once a month.In summer, the ambient temperature should be controlled to prevent mildew and winter frost, necessary When adding 10-20% glycerin.
