The project is an extension of the project of “PCD/PCBN composite film synthesis technology” (project number), a major project of international cooperation in Henan Province. The “PCD composite film synthesis technology” was approved by the Provincial Science and Technology Department in December 2005, and the comprehensive index reached the domestic leading level. The implementation of the project will drive the development of high-end products such as PCD superhard tools and polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) drills, and enhance the rapid precision machining of machinery in China, the cutting of wood and composite materials, and the mining of geological oil in the international market.
