"Bangti" Brand Glass Wool A-Class Fireproof Insulation Ultra-Thin Stone Veneer

The "Bangti" brand glass wool A-class fireproof insulation ultra-thin stone veneer is a new type of exterior wall insulation and decorative composite board developed and manufactured by Shanghai Bangti Company. This product uses pure inorganic water-repellent glass wool as the core material, with a water-repellent coefficient of up to 98%, a bulk density of 80 kg/m³, and thermal conductivity as low as ≤0.032 W/m·K. It is reinforced with high-quality alkali-resistant fiberglass cloth and coated with a special inorganic polymer mortar to create a unified, durable structure. All materials used are inorganic, ensuring compliance with national Class A fire protection standards.

The internal reinforcing structure connects the insulation board's surface to the outer stone, forming a unique box-type reinforcement system that integrates seamlessly with the building. Additionally, the company employs a specialized aluminum alloy hanger to attach the composite panel to the wall. This innovative wet and dry hanging installation method ensures the safety and stability of high-rise buildings.

Glass Wool:

Glass wool is an artificial inorganic fiber made primarily from natural ores such as quartz sand, limestone, and dolomite, combined with chemical additives like soda ash and borax. When melted, the material is blown into fine, flocculated fibers that interlock in three dimensions, creating a fluffy, porous structure with numerous tiny air pockets—making it an ideal porous material.

This product has obtained multiple international certifications, including AS/NZS 4859.1, SGS, MSDS, CE, and CE fire rating certification. It meets the GB/T 13350-2000 standard and is suitable for industrial plants, warehouses, public facilities, exhibition centers, shopping malls, indoor entertainment venues, sports halls, and other buildings for both interior and exterior wall insulation, heat retention, and sound absorption.
