The "Bangti" brand glass wool A-class fireproof insulation ultra-thin stone veneer is a new type of exterior wall insulation and decorative composite board developed and manufactured by Shanghai Bangti. It features an advanced sandwich insulation material composed of pure inorganic water-repellent glass wool, with a water-repellent coefficient of up to 98%, bulk density of 80 kg/m³, and thermal conductivity as low as ≤0.032 W/m·K. The internal structure uses high-quality alkali-resistant fiberglass cloth as the reinforcing framework, while the outer layer is made from a special inorganic polymer mortar, forming a seamless composite board. All materials are inorganic, ensuring compliance with national Class A fire protection standards.

The internal reinforcing structure connects the insulation board’s surface to the external stone veneer, creating a unique box-type reinforcement system that integrates the board with the building. Additionally, the company employs a special aluminum alloy hanger to secure the composite board to the wall. This innovative wet and dry hanging installation method ensures safety for high-rise buildings.
