This standard specifies the technical conditions, test methods and inspection rules for the puncture resistance of anti-piercing protective footwear.
This standard is applicable to labor insurance shoes (boots) for prevention of plantar stab wounds used by mines, firefighting, factories, construction, forestry and other departments.
1. Technical conditions The puncture resistance and product classification should meet the requirements of the following table:

2, test method 1 test equipment a. test machine, accuracy is ± 1g, the minimum division value is not more than 5N;
b. The testing machine should be equipped with a pattern holder to ensure that the piercing force acts perpendicularly on the surface of the sample to be punctured;
c. puncture nail, the minimum hardness is HRC52.
2 sample preparation a. Each set of samples is two pairs of shoes;
b. Set 4 test points per sole;
c. Separate the upper from the heel from the sole and place the sole on the sample holder.
3 test a. Test environment: temperature 18 ~ 28 ° C;
b. The test machine presses the piercing nail to the sole at a speed of 25 mm/min until it completely penetrates the sole, and records the peak value (N) of each test force value as the piercing force of the test;
c. For the protective sole with non-metallic material as the puncture-proof layer, the steel nail should be replaced after 100 times of stabbing, and the steel nail should be replaced after the metal plate is pierced for 40 times.
d. Corrosion resistance test of metal material for piercing prevention layer;
I. Remove the anti-piercing pad from the anti-piercing shoes, remove the oil stain on the surface of the metal layer, and cut 4 pieces of the metal pad 40 mm × 40 mm;

II. Take 1ml of 1ml sodium chloride solution into 4 beakers, cover each glass with a layer of glass, only a small mouth, take 4 pieces of filter paper 150mm long and 100mm wide and put them in the glass of each beaker. On the cotton sheet, and immersing the filter paper through the small mouth into the test solution, so that the filter strip is kept moist during the test. Finally, the prepared four samples are respectively placed on the four filter paper, and after 48 hours, the sample is removed. Observing the color change of the filter paper indicates that the sample is corroded.
