Construction requirements for rigid waterproof construction

Construction technical requirements

1. The mix ratio and structure size of waterproof concrete (mortar) should meet the design or product requirements. The waterproof layer should be firmly bonded with the grass-roots level, and the surface should be smooth. There must be no empty drums, cracks, mats and sand, and the yin and yang angles should be rounded.

2. When using rigid waterproofing on precast concrete panels, apply fine-grained concrete. When the slab seams of the prefabricated slab are wide, structural reinforcements may be provided within the slab seams. Board end seams should be sealed.

3. It is advisable to use ordinary portland cement or portland cement for the waterproof layer; when using slag portland cement, measures should be taken to reduce the water leakage. It is forbidden to place pipelines in the waterproof layer.
