How to check the installation quality of plastic steel doors and windows

Here are some simple methods to check the installation quality of steel doors and windows. These steps will help ensure that the products are properly installed and functioning as intended.

1) Examine the window surface: The window frame should be clean, smooth, and free from scratches, dents, or cracks. The profile should remain intact without any breaks or deformations.

2) Check the hardware: All hardware components, such as hinges, handles, and locks, must be present, correctly positioned, and securely installed. They should operate smoothly and perform their intended functions effectively.

3) Inspect the glass sealing strip: The rubber or silicone seal between the glass and the frame should be flat and even. It should not be curled, twisted, or damaged in any way.

4) Assess the seal quality: When the door or window is partially closed, there should be no visible gap between the sash and the frame. The seal should be compressed and provide a tight fit to prevent air or water leakage.

5) Evaluate the glass: The glass should be flat, firmly secured, and not loose. Single-pane glass should not touch the frame directly. For double-glazed units, both inner and outer surfaces should be clean, with no dust or moisture in the space between the panes. The spacers should be in place and not lifted or displaced.

6) Check the bead: The bead (or gasket) that attaches to the glass should be tightly pressed against it. There should be no noticeable gaps between the bead and the frame’s joint. Any joint gaps should not exceed 1 mm.

7) Inspect the splicing material: The materials used to connect different parts of the window should be tightly fastened and sealed with caulk. Screws should be spaced no more than 600 mm apart. The reinforcing steel inside the frame should be securely fixed at both ends.

8) Test the opening components: Windows that open by sliding, swinging, or rotating should close properly and remain tightly sealed when shut.

9) Check the connection between the frame and the wall: The window frame should be level and plumb. The spacing between fixing points should not exceed 600 mm. The frame must be firmly attached to the wall, with any gaps filled using elastic material. The exterior should be sealed properly to prevent cracking or water infiltration.

10) Inspect the drainage holes: The drainage holes should be located correctly and remain unobstructed to allow proper water runoff and prevent water accumulation.

Welding Gas Diffuser

The mig gas diffuser is a small part in the welding torches .But it is very useful .The gas diffuser can shunt , and partial pressure .It increased the safty of the use .The mig gas diffuser also has two normal material :the DMC and the ceramic, but we have a new greatest material red Silicone Rubber material, it used in 350A,24KD,36KD.
In the color ,you can see White,Pink,Red,Black. The custom can choice depend on the torches they used .They are suit for all the mig welding torches.
