1, construction preparation

(3) Each raw material must be tested to match the concrete mix ratio. The test impermeability mark should be increased by 0.2MPa according to the design requirements. The amount of cement per cubic meter of concrete (including fines) shall be not less than 320kg. Sand content is 35%~40%, lime-sand ratio must be kept 1:2~1:2.5, water-cement ratio is not more than 0.6, slump is less than 5cm. If concrete is pumped, admixtures should be based on technical requirements. Decision.

(4) During the construction of underground waterproofing works, precipitation drainage shall be continued.

2, operating process

(1) Concrete mixing

To ensure the quality of commercial concrete, the mixing must be strictly in accordance with the mixing ratio notice of the laboratory, and no modification is allowed. During the construction of the rainy season, the moisture content of sand and stone shall be measured daily in order to adjust the water consumption. The material is poured into the hopper in the order of stone, cement, and sand. Dry the mixture for 0.5 to 1 minutes before adding water. Stir 1 to 2 minutes after adding water. The slump is controlled between 3 and 5 cm, usually about 3 cm.

(2) Concrete transportation

After the concrete is discharged from the mixer, it is transported by the pump truck to the watering site in time.

(3) Concrete watering

The floor shall be continuously watered and no cold joints shall be left. When pouring the wall on the concrete floor, it is necessary to clean the surface, and then spread a layer of 2 to 5 cm thick cement mortar (that is, using the original concrete mix to remove stones) or the same mix of reduced stone concrete. The first step of pouring concrete height is 40cm, after each step of watering 50 ~ 60cm, according to the order of construction plans to water. In order to ensure that there is no segregation when the concrete is poured, the concrete should be allowed to fall freely from a height, and the drop distance should not exceed 2m. If the height exceeds 2m, it must fall along the string or chute.
