2. The oil separator is integrated with the main engine. The inhaled gas passes through the motor first. After cooling the motor, it enters the cylinder and is discharged by the compressor. At the exhaust port, it is covered with a cylinder. The oil filter net is installed in the cylinder to make the oil drop. Separated from the gas, there is no need to provide an oil separator in the screw chiller refrigeration system, at the same time, the exhaust noise is reduced, and the entire unit is compact.
3, pressure difference oil supply. The differential pressure oil supply uses the difference between the exhaust pressure and the pressure at the bearing to supply the oil. The oil pump is not provided, which simplifies the lubrication system of the screw chiller. Since the rolling bearing is used, it can be lubricated by the oil present in the bearing at the time of starting, so it is possible to use the differential pressure oil supply.
4. Oil-free cooling system. The compressor uses a newly developed synthetic lubricant that maintains the viscosity required for chiller lubrication and sealing even at higher exhaust temperatures (eg 100 ° C), eliminating the need for oil coolers. The shell can be cooled.
5. The gas transmission volume is steplessly adjusted. The stepless adjustment of the compressor air volume is carried out by means of the moving spool valve, which is obviously superior to the stepless cooling capacity adjustment of the piston compressor, which satisfies the requirements of higher precision temperature regulation.
6. The spray is cooled. When the exhaust temperature is high, the temperature of the lubricating oil rises too high. The compressor motor "target=_blank> motor is often easy to burn, and the liquid cooling method can be used for cooling and cooling to ensure its work. The situation falls within the operating limits of the compressor.

Semi-closed screw refrigeration compressor adopts new multi-stage energy regulation. The energy adjustment range of each compressor is: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%.
