1. Familiar with the product performance The project trader and user should be familiar with the product's technical parameters, such as the input voltage, how much power, what functions, etc., to get a good idea.

2. Check the hemisphere camera for detection and adjustment before installation so that the camera is in normal working condition.

3. Installation Method Before construction, installation methods such as wall mounting or hoisting may be adopted according to the environment, safety, and aesthetics.

4. Installation angle The installation angle of the dome camera directly affects the scope of the monitoring image, so the installation needs to be more in accordance with the needs of the field. If installed at the entrance of the cell is less than 6 meters, the camera's angle is recommended to be 30 ° -60 °; if installed in the cash register, the camera's angle should be considered in the ± 15 ° -20 ° and so on. In short, the camera avoids the appearance of backlighting as much as possible, so that it can reach the customer's requirements as much as possible.

Hemispherical Camera Common Problem Solving Problem 1: Infrared dome camera color distortion and color cast may be improperly set for the white balance switch (AWB), or it may be that the ambient light conditions change too much. At this time, check whether the switch setting is in the OFF position. Try to improve the lighting conditions in the environment.

Question 2: The night vision infrared dome camera is normal during the day and white at night. This phenomenon is generally caused by reflectors in the machine environment or in a very small space. Due to reflection of infrared light, it is necessary to determine whether the environment is used first. Reflectors, to improve the use of the environment as much as possible, followed by inspection of the machine's effective infrared distance and the actual use of the distance; if a long-distance infrared machine is used in a very small space will be due to infrared light is too strong resulting in the machine image white.

Problem 3: Infrared hemisphere camera series has poor image illumination, whitening, or bright white aperture phenomenon at night. The phenomenon is caused by improper assembly of the machine. When the photosensitive device (photosensitive resistor) is too far away from the infrared dome camera during assembly, it will result in Incomplete infrared lamp causes the night illumination of the machine to be poor; the phenomenon of white or bright white light is mainly caused by the infrared light emitted by the infrared light emitting tube being refracted to the lens through the dome cover. To solve this problem, it is necessary to prevent the infrared light from refracting to the surface of the lens. The sponge ring is usually used to isolate the lens from infrared light. The ball cover must be tightly attached to the sponge ring during assembly.

Question 4: The screen appears several black bars or bars mixed This situation is generally the output voltage ripple of the machine power supply is too large, should strengthen the filter and the use of good performance DC power supply.

Problem 5: Waterproof and heat dissipation effects are not ideal After a long time, there will be more or less soda in the camera (this phenomenon is mainly concentrated in the northern regions), the main reason for this phenomenon is that the sealing effect of the shell is not enough and When the fashion machine did not take into account the temperature difference. When the infrared lamp starts to work, it will generate a lot of heat, and at the same time because the heat dissipation effect of the shell is not enough, this will greatly reduce the service life of the camera. To solve this problem, we can consider to make the shell of the infrared dome camera into multiple wire troughs. It is good for heat dissipation.

Question 6: Color reduction during the day is not enough Do not know if you have noticed that the infrared dome camera color will be more or less color cast during the day, this is the most direct reason is the camera filter problem, the general use of infrared dome camera can be transparent The advantage of a bimodal filter with a certain percentage of infrared light is its low cost. However, since natural light contains more infrared components, it will interfere with color reproduction when it enters the CCD. For example, green plants turn gray and so on. Sunshine outside the city is particularly evident. The use of the IRCUT dual filter effectively solves this problem. The IRCUT dual filter consists of an IR cut filter and a full spectrum optical glass. When the daylight is sufficient, the IR cut filter works, and the CCD is restored. With real colors, when the nighttime light is insufficient, the infrared cut filter automatically moves away, and the full-spectrum optical glass starts to work, making the CCD make full use of all the light, thereby greatly improving the infrared performance.

Question 7: Infrared dome camera without image First check whether the polarity of the applied power is correct and the output voltage meets the requirements (power error: DC12V±10%, AC24V±5%). Then check if the video cable is in good contact; if using manual iris The lens needs to check whether the aperture is open, and the auto iris lens needs to adjust the LEVEL potentiometer so that the aperture is in the proper position.

Question 8: The image quality of the infrared dome camera is not good. a. Check whether the lens is fingerprinted or dirty.

b. Check if the aperture is adjusted;

c. Check the video cable for poor contact;

d. Check if there is any problem with the electronic shutter or white balance setting.

e. Check if the transmission distance is too far;

f. Check the voltage is normal;

g. Check for nearby sources of interference;

h. Check that the elevator is insulated from the interference when installed in the elevator;

i. Check whether the CS interface is connected.

Question 9: Infrared hemispherical camera image distortion or geometric distortion This phenomenon may be a problem with the infrared dome camera, the monitor's geometry correction circuit or the problem of the optical lens, or it may be the characteristic impedance of the video connection cable or device and the infrared hemisphere. The output impedance of the camera does not match.

When the above phenomenon occurs, please check whether the optical lens used is abnormal and whether the monitor's input impedance switch is set to 75Ω, and then check whether the impedance of the video cable used is 75Ω.
