Therefore, the installation of water pipes has high requirements on the installation tools and the technical and responsibility of the installation workers. Therefore, it is recommended that members choose the formal water pipe manufacturers with higher market awareness. The workers of these manufacturers have undergone rigorous training and are conducting monthly assessments. The installation tools are also periodically replaced to ensure the high quality of the tools. The raw materials used by different brands may be different, and the molecular structure is not the same. 1, pre-installation check

1 Whether the tow plate, wires, plugs and sockets are intact, whether the thermal container is loose or damaged, and whether the special reduction tube is in good condition.
Hot-melt machines produced by regular manufacturers generally have red and green indicators, red indicates warming, and green indicates constant temperature. The temperature during hot melt is between 260 degrees Celsius and 280 degrees Celsius. Below or above this temperature, the joints will not be fully fused, leaving potential for seepage.

2 The ends of each pipe should be inspected for damage before construction to prevent damage to the pipe during transportation. If there is any damage or uncertainty, the port should be subtracted by 4-5 cm when the pipe is installed. A hammer or heavy object knocks on the water pipe to prevent the pipe from bursting, which increases the service life.


2, installation steps



1 First use a tape measure to measure the length of tubing required

2 Use a special pipe cutter or pipe cutter to cut the pipe, so that the end face must be perpendicular to the pipe axis

3 When hot melting, the end of the tube is inserted into the heating die cap without rotation, inserted into the appropriate depth, and at the same time, the pipe is pushed to the heating die without rotation to reach the corresponding depth

4 After reaching the heating time, immediately remove the pipe fittings from the heating mold, insert them into the hot-melting depth evenly without rotation, and form a uniform flange at the joint, and control the rebound after inserting.

3, installation specifications and precautions:
1 In the specified cooling time, the just-welded joint can be calibrated, and it can be rotated in small amounts, but after the cooling time is over, forced correction is forbidden. Note: The connected pipes and fittings must not be tilted. The basic level should be vertical and horizontal. Avoid the wrong angle when installing the mixer and it cannot be installed normally.
2 In the specified cooling time, it is forbidden to let the newly-processed joint withstand external force.
3 When using PP-R fittings with metal threads, the white tape must be tightly sealed to avoid water leakage from the threads. As shown below:

4 When over-tightening PP-R pipe fittings with metal threads, there may be cracks in the pipe fittings that cause water leakage. Care should be taken to use a proper pipe clamp for proper use of force 5. Do not use hooks to prevent damage to water pipes and reduce water pipe life. . The distance between the cold water pipe clamps is 50±5cm, and the hot water pipe clamp spacing is 35±5cm. If the pipe clamps are not in place, it will cause the water pipes to shake and produce noise.
6 The direction of the water pipe should be horizontal and vertical (in the premise that the groove is horizontal and vertical), avoid pulling or twisting the water pipe, causing the water outlet and the wall not to be parallel, affecting the appearance and installation of the mixing faucet.
7 When the waterway is reformed, there are four points that should be noted for the installation of electric hot water heaters, sub-tap and other cold and hot water pipes.
I guarantee the spacing of 15 cm (now most electric water heaters, sub-faucet hot and cold water, the water spacing is 15 cm, there are individual 10 cm);
II The height of the cold and hot water nozzles is the same;
III. Vertical walls of cold and hot water inlet nozzles. Afterwards, the wall tiles should also be careful not to let the bricklayers get screwed up. (If it is not vertical, subsequent installations can be difficult;)
IV cold, hot water inlet pipe mouth should be higher than two centimeters of the wall, when paving the wall tile should also require bricklayers to shop after the wall tile, to ensure the same level of wall tiles and water pipe nozzle. If the size is not appropriate, after installation of electric water heaters, sub-tap, etc., it may be necessary to purchase an additional pipe clamp, inner wire, etc. to complete the installation of the pipe. After the installation is completed, pay attention to the protection of the finished product. The water pipe on the floor should use cement, yellow Shashi Ping, avoid direct foot pressure or stress. 4, pressure measurement
In order to test whether each weld point is up to standard, after the installation of the pipeline, a hydrostatic test must be performed.
1 In the pressure test, a pressure gauge with a measurement accuracy of 0.1 Pa must be used, and the pressure gauge should be installed as far as possible at the lowest point of the entire piping system.
2 After the pipeline is filled with water, the air in the pipeline is eliminated, and then the water meter main valve is closed, and the test can be started.

3 The test pressure is a maximum of 1.5 working pressures (8 to 10 kg water pressure usually mentioned). If the pipe is connected to a PVC joint, the PVC joint must be connected for about 5 hours before the pressure can be tested and the maximum pressure must not exceed 6 kg. General PP-R pipe pressure measurement and maintenance time is 30 minutes, such as the entire system in the plug without leakage, etc., the pressure indicator fell to 0.5 kg is a normal range. The reason is: the pipeline is caused by the expansion of internal pressure, but for the sake of installation, the entire pipeline system must be checked again. Note: It is forbidden to use electric pump boost.
