The production process begins with precise automated measurement of the raw materials based on their predetermined ratios. This mixture is then transferred to a high-speed hot mixer where it is blended at a temperature of 125°C. This step ensures that all components are thoroughly combined while also eliminating any moisture present in the materials. Following this, the mixture is cooled down in a cold mixer set at 55°C. Cooling not only prevents clumping but also avoids any potential discoloration, ensuring the final product maintains its desired appearance.
Next, the material undergoes further processing through a twin-Screw extruder. Here, heat is applied again during the extrusion phase before being passed through a sheet die for shaping. Once shaped into sheets, these materials are directed to a four-roll rolling system which helps control and maintain the desired thickness of the base material. Afterward, a colored film is applied, followed by adding a wear-resistant layer. The product is then cooled, trimmed, and cut into specific sizes.
In the third stage, the material undergoes UV treatment for surface hardening. This is followed by tempering using hot water maintained between 80 to 120°C and subsequently cooled with water at around 10°C. This process enhances durability and stability.
Finally, the finished product moves into the finishing stages where it is grooved, trimmed, and chamfered as needed. Each piece is carefully inspected for quality assurance before being packaged and prepared for distribution. This meticulous process ensures that every product meets high standards of quality and consistency.
