The main housing is made from A356 high-strength pressure-resistant aluminum alloy, ensuring durability and rust resistance. The thinnest part of the casing is just 5 mm, while the thickest reaches 1 cm. During testing, a fully loaded 5-ton Chinese car was crushed against the lock, yet it remained intact. The arm linkage is die-cast using zinc alloy, ensuring that the protective arm remains undamaged even under high external force. Schwart parking lock's second leading technology involves the use of PA66 special-grade nylon combined with tempered fiber for the swing arm baffle. This material is specifically designed for high-end applications, such as automotive bumpers, offering excellent impact resistance, wear resistance, toughness, and mechanical strength. Unlike traditional metal baffles, this advanced material prevents deformation when hit by a vehicle, reducing damage risk and improving safety. The third leading technology is the IP68 certification, making Schwart the only parking lock on the market to achieve the highest level of dust and water resistance. Utilizing German UKS seal rings and skeleton oil seals, the full-closed design ensures that the internal components, including the motor and circuit board, remain protected from moisture and dust. The Japanese-imported motor and engine oil ensure reliable performance across a wide temperature range. Fifth, the anti-collision design includes LED lights and alarms that activate when resistance is encountered. If an object hits the arm, it automatically resets, the LED flashes, and an alarm sounds until the resistance is removed. This feature prevents damage to both the vehicle and the parking lock, enhancing user safety and convenience. Another key feature is the use of American Champion brand batteries, which offer long-lasting power. With a design that minimizes energy consumption, the system can operate for at least one year on a single charge. This ensures minimal maintenance and consistent performance. Schwart also offers an ultra-long-range remote control, reaching up to 60 meters. The enhanced wireless signal reception allows for easy learning and reprogramming, making it convenient for users even if the remote fails. For added security, the parking lock is fixed using four expansion screws, hidden inside the main casing. Only a key can open the rear cover, preventing theft and ensuring safe installation outdoors. Finally, the manufacturing process uses 18 independent molds to create the entire unit in one piece, guaranteeing precision and quality. This advanced technique makes it difficult for competitors to replicate the design, ensuring superior craftsmanship and durability.
