Main technical parameters of RVV flexible cable: The maximum DC resistance of the conductor at 1,20°C should meet the following requirements:
Approximate outer diameter and current-carrying capacity of PVC soft cable: compared with ordinary PVC insulated PVC sheathed power cable of the same specification, the outer diameter of the cable is generally increased: the conductor cross section is 95mm2 or less, and the outer diameter increases by 2~ 10mm; conductor cross section is 120mm2 and above, outside diameter increases 12~20mm; cable weight generally increases 4%~10%. The allowable ampacity of soft power cables can be reduced by 6% to 10% with reference to the current carrying capacity of VV series power cables of the same specification.
