D2 Dalbergia fusca pierre

Loose hole material. The growth wheel is not obvious or slightly obvious. The new section of heartwood is purple brown, black brown or chestnut brown, often with obvious purple or dark brown narrow stripes. The tube holes are slightly visible under the naked eye, with a chord diameter of up to 275 μm and an average of 143 μm; containing black gum; the number is very small to slightly less, 1 to 6/mm2. The axial thin-walled tissue is quite obvious, and the main concentric layer is narrow-banded (width 2 to several cells). Wood fiber walls are very thick. The wood ray is obvious under the magnifying glass; the wave marks are also the same; the ray tissue is in the same shape as a single column and multiple columns (mostly 2 to 4 columns). Acid-free aroma or very weak; fine structure; texture oblique or staggered; air dry density 1.04 ~ 1.20g / cm3.

D3 Dalbergia latifolia Roxb.

The loose hole material, the growth wheel is not obvious or slightly obvious. The heartwood is light golden brown, dark brown, purple brown or deep purple, often with wide but far apart purple-black stripes; the woody alcohol extract has a distinct purple tone. The tube hole is obvious under the naked eye and contains gum; the diameter of the chord is 267 μm at the maximum, with an average of 144 μm; the number is as small as slightly less, 3 to 17 / 17 mm 2 . The axial thin-walled structure is quite obvious, and the main is a bundle bundle shape, a gather wing shape and a wavy narrow band shape. The wood fiber wall is thin to slightly thicker. The main type is the off-tube type, the star-scattering polymerization, the thin line shape and the poly-wing shape. Wood fiber walls are very thick. Under the wood ray magnifying glass, the wave marks are also the same, and the ray tissue is in the same shape as a single column and multiple columns (2 columns). Acid-free aroma or very weak; very fine structure; texture is usually straight; air dry density is 1.00 ~ 1.33 g / cm3.

D6 Brazilian Dalbergia nigra Fr.Allem.

Loose hole material. The growth wheel is obvious. Heartwood black brown, chocolate to purple brown, often with obvious black narrow stripes. The tube holes are quite obvious under the naked eye, and the chord diameter is at most 287 μm, with an average of 143 μm; the number is very small to slightly less, 2 to 7/mm 2 . Axial thin-walled tissue under the magnifying glass is obvious. The main type is the off-tube type, the bundle tube is bundled and narrow-banded (1 to 2 cells wide), and the star-scattering polymerization is poly-winged, often more than dimpled Dalbergia. Wood fiber walls are thin to thick. The wood ray is obvious under the magnifying glass, and the wave marks are obvious under the magnifying glass. The ray tissue has the same shape (several number) and multiple columns (mostly 2 to 3 columns), and the profile III type tends to be obvious. The new cut surface is rich in acidity, fine in structure (slightly thicker than other species), staggered texture, air dry density O.86~1.01 g/cm3.

D7 Amazon Dalbergia spruceana Benth.

D8 Belize Dalbergia stevensonii Tandl.

Diffuse materials, semi-annular materials tend to be obvious. The growth wheel is obvious. The heartwood is light reddish brown, dark brown or purple brown, often with regular or irregular black stripes, and the color is relatively uniform. The tube hole is obvious under the naked eye, and the chord diameter is at most 269 μm, with an average of 88 μm; the number is slightly less to slightly more, 11 to 24/mm 2 . The axial thin-walled tissue is slightly obvious under the naked eye, and the main is narrow-banded and thin-lined (mostly wide 1 cell, slightly cross-shaped with the ray crossing) and the bundle bundle. Wood fiber wall thickness.
