Magnetic pump using six precautions
(1) Since the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearing is based on the medium to be conveyed, it is absolutely forbidden to operate in idle mode, and at the same time avoiding no-load operation caused by a power failure after a power interruption.
(b) If there are solid particles in the medium to be transported, the filter inlet should be added to the pump inlet: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
(3) The ambient temperature of the pump during use shall be less than 40°C and the temperature rise of the motor shall not exceed 75°C.

(5) For the medium that is easy to precipitate and crystallize when the transport liquid is used, it shall be cleaned in time after use, and the effusion in the pump shall be drained.
(f) After 1000 hours of normal operation of the magnetic pump, the wear of the bearing and the face ring must be checked and the wearing parts should not be replaced.
