2. According to the selection of crushed raw materials. For crushing grain feeds, hammer mills with top feed can be selected; claw mills can be selected for crushing bran grain wheat feed; if versatility is required, crushed grains are the main And taking into account the cake valley and straw, you can choose the tangential feed hammer mill; crush minerals such as shells, you can choose shellless sieve crusher; if used as premix feed pretreatment, the size of the product is required to be crushed. 3. Select according to the discharge method. There are three ways to pulverize the finished product through the discharge device: self-weight blanking, vacuum suction and mechanical conveying. Small single machines use self-weighting to reduce the structure. The medium-sized pulverizer mostly has a vacuum suction device. The advantage is that it can absorb the moisture of the finished product, reduce the humidity in the finished product and facilitate storage, improve the pulverization efficiency by 10-15%, and reduce the dusting degree of the pulverization chamber. 4, according to the matching power selection. Both the machine manual and the nameplate carry the kilowatts of power of the motor of the shredder. It often indicates not a fixed number but a certain range. For example, the 9FQ-20 type pulverizer has a supporting power of 7.5-11 kW; the 9FQ-60 pulverizer has a supporting power of 30-40 kW. There are two reasons for this. First, there is a big difference in the power required when the pulverized raw materials are different. For example, under the same working conditions, the smashing sorghum is twice as powerful as the pulverized corn. Second, when switching to different sieve holes, the load of the pulverizer has a great influence. Therefore, when the 9FQ-60 type pulverizer uses a sieve with a diameter of 1.2 mm, the motor capacity should be 40 kW; when changing the sieve with a diameter of 2 mm, a 30 kW motor can be used, and a diameter of 3 mm can be used. It is a 22 kW motor, otherwise it will cause some waste.
5. Choose according to energy saving situation. According to the standards of the relevant departments, the hammer mill will not produce less than 48 kg per kWh when smashing the sieve with a diameter of 1.2 mm. At present, the output per kilowatt hour of the domestic hammer mill has greatly exceeded the above regulations, and the quality has reached 70-75 kilograms per kilowatt hour.
6. Choose according to dust and noise. The dust and noise in feed processing are mainly from the pulverizer. These two sanitation indicators should be fully considered in the selection. If you have to choose a pulverizer with high noise and dust, you should take noise reduction and dust-proof measures to improve the working environment and help the health of the operators.
