Recently, the National Renewable Energy Center released it. It is estimated that the installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation will reach 24GW in the first half of 2017 (January-June). In June 2017, 13 GW of new installations were installed, of which distributed PV exceeded 3 GW. According to previous data from the National Energy Administration, by the end of 2016, China's cumulative PV installed capacity was 77.42 GW. At this point, China's cumulative PV installed capacity has exceeded 100GW, reaching 102GW. Since the creation of 22GW installed capacity in 6.30 in 2016, June has become the development vane of the photovoltaic industry. After the 630 nodes this year, China’s new installed capacity in the first half of the year broke the record for the same period last year. According to the National Renewable Energy Center, the remarkable feature of photovoltaic power generation installed in 2017 is the speed of distributed photovoltaics, and the photovoltaic power plants are slowing down. Under the influence of the Great Leap Forward in the photovoltaic industry, distributed PV seems to have become a trend that has to be followed. From the perspective of new installed capacity, the central and eastern regions are still hotspots for photovoltaic power generation in China, with East China and Central China accounting for more than 50% of the country.
In the second half of 2017, the distributed photovoltaic industry will continue to maintain rapid development. By the end of the third quarter of this year, nearly 5 GW of photovoltaic power plants at the front runner base will be connected to the grid. Therefore, it is expected that by the end of September, China can achieve 110GW of cumulative PV installations, and ahead of the 13th Five-Year Plan to achieve a target of no less than 105GW by the end of 2020. Some insiders expect that the new installed capacity in the second half of the year is expected to exceed 5GW, plus 5GW of the leader base project and part of the PV poverty alleviation project. It is estimated that the new installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation will exceed 36GW. The cumulative installed capacity is expected to reach 115GW.
However, after 630, not all power stations can rest a little. According to PV, in the provinces of Anhui, Henan, Liaoning, Jiangxi, Shandong, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Gansu, Yunnan, etc., and the provinces with more legacy problems and unclear treatment methods, there are still more than 3GW under construction. Or there is no indicator for building a photovoltaic power station.
At the same time, those photovoltaic power plants that have finished 630 still have more than 1GW components waiting to be installed. Even if they pass the 630, they will continue to face the pressure of grabbing components.
In the second half of the year, the direction of the photovoltaic industry will continue to be verified by time and reality.
